If I set up a website or a sales funnel with an opt in page promoting online casinos.

Do I have to have the gambling legal information on my website/opt in page or is it covered by the fact the online casinos that I'm promoting would have all that stuff?

That depends of the laws of the country in which you want to promote your stuff, and sorry, but that's your job to find that out.
I'd insert it as a simple copy and paste on a page. But that's only MHO
