Logo&website review needed

Hi! Please check this logo and write your feedback (positive\negative\any suggestions).

This is a logo of Personal Money Service that tries to match the loan lenders with the borrowers, so it was rather difficult to make a good, noticeable logo. And please write what you think about the whole design of personalmoneyservice.com ? what would you improve? Thanks in advance for your time on giving feedback.

Good design but i can suggest to make the "Money Sevice " are in the same color and same thickness of the font..
And also better to put the Logo at the top of the Personal Money Sevice and make it a little bit bigger.. this is my only opinion and hope it helps
