Looking For a Major Affiliate Player!!

I am very new to this, and well, I am looking to speak to someone that is very successful in the Affiliate Marketing Industry. I'm not looking for casual conversation. I am looking for someone who is passionate about it and is willing to teach me a few things.

I am very passionate about learning everything I can about this and I am sure there is someone out there that has been in my position and someone was able to show you some things. I learn fast and I am willing to put the hours in. The main thing is that I have some questions that I can't seem to fing the answers to, and I am hoping this is where I need to be.

This is an online forum. Our members ask and try to answer questions based on their experiences. But this really isn't a venue where you're very likely to find someone who is willing to mentor you by telephone.

Patience, persistence, and willingness to seek knowledge and to learn are all requisites for success in any form of internet commerce. This is one area where the old adage "haste makes waste" is really true.

Again, I'd suggest that you start at the top of your list of questions and post them one at a time (or a few at a time) and then be patient while other members try to respond.

Nick the other thing you can do is to read all the stickies in the newbie and niche marketing forum. Many of the question you likely have are there and the answers too.

We have many that have come here asking for a personal mentor and I don't think it's ever resulted in anything. The successful affiliates are very busy.

However you MAY get someone who's also a newbie, young excited and just THINKS they know it all. Those are the type that may have free time so beware you don't get someone who will teach you bad habits. Also beware of anyone that may pretend to help but then turns out to just be trying to "sell" you their system. Here we don't sell anything, just try to help.

Hello Linda...

Between you and Minstrel, I am already feeling that I can really learn a lot here. I know I will just have to be diligent and read over everything that you suggested. Along with that I am going to start posting my questions on here when I return from my meeting.

I guess I am a little gung ho because I have sites up and ready to go and they are not doing anything as of yet. I am the kind of person that I want to know all the details before I begin. However that may be, I was a little ahead of myself with the sites because they needed to ne developed.

I do want to thank the two of you for taking the time to help me out.
