Hello. I have a website which has 15K hit. Around 6k is from USA.

Currently I am using adsense, but also I am looking for alternative ads (cpa, etc.).
I will publish banner as pre-roll, mid-roll etc. before video.
I prefer to get pay weekly with low payment threshold.

I dont think this is the right place to ask about that, you can contact your ad network and ask for direct CPA offer for your site, and maybe they will give you some offer on Pre roll or stuff like that.
