Looking for high paying keywords and growing up

I am wondering on how to develop and education topic for my next affiliate website, and love building strong key word content to increase my advertising payouts. While I know it's easy using Google Preview, Google Global and of course Adsense, in the end the CPC payouts are not worth it and makes more sense offering direct adverts and getting rid of Google Adsense altogether. However, now I have the problem of offering a pixel, but I am working on it. Building an education website targeting Adsense ads is a good start, but not for the long term as I hate sharing.

I wouldn't be so dismissive of adsense earnings. Some people make a decent income from adsense. As with any other form of website monetization, it's the know how that makes the difference to your income both short term and long term
