We are looking for recommendations when it comes to media buy platforms in Europe offering CPA, CPA Leads,CPA Leads(Double opt-in) CPM and CPC. We have now tried several services like MGID, Adwork Media, CPA Leads etc, and it looks like most of them are focusing on Canadian and US traffic. Also one thing we see they have in common is very slow approval time. So just to take a small test campaign can take 1-2 weeks. especially if you try adding local language like Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish etc.
We are looking for personal recommendations not offers from providers them self.
