Low CTR rate

My CTR is 0.07% is it too horrible? Also I am running only one ad creative is that also a culprit behind low CTR? Though i started to get conversions.

1. Is that CTR for peanuts or rocket ships? They are not the same.
   
   
2. Your ad network for the campaign and its segmentation sucks, or your offer sucks, or your creative is bad.
   
   
3. Also, different ads (banner, push, native) will have different median CTR rates.

You posted this in the Designs & Creatives sub-forum, but your thread is abut low CTR and you have not shared any of the crucial information for assistance with your CTR. You need to show tracker results, funnel details, ad copy and landing page, etc., etc.
