What are the disadvantages to having a mac these days.. besides that intel processor that is being added this year.

You can't play games.

I think that you can play games. Games made for mac. Or you can use Linux on it and play Linux games

I knew I should have been more specific when I first made the post. I meant you can't play new/current games. Many of the titles you see for mac have been in release for PC and platforms for many months prior to mac release. Also, the popularity of a game does not secure that it will ever even be ported for mac.
