It all depends what are you will be using them for... Microsoft Outlook lets you use whole bunch of accounts in one program without switching between profiles.
This way you can answer certain emails from particular account.
But to receive emails I still think the best way is to forward them all to one place that you check most often...
If you ae choosing Windows hosting platform, I would suggest you to consider a hosting package with Plesk or Dotnetpanel control panel as both these control panels are very easy to use and will allow you to manage your domains and email accounts very easily.
