Key Job Responsibilities:
? Act as primary internal and external point of contact for assigned advertiser accounts.
? Responsible for on-time/on-budget launch and execution of assigned campaigns.
? Develop and execute a start-to-finish campaign strategy for each advertiser, including: technology, creative, media, data analysis and daily optimization.
? Inside sales: responsible for upsells, cross-sells and account renewals.
? Manage anywhere from 1-5 accounts depending on their size and scope.
? Collaborate with and/or manage a supporting Client Service Analyst(s).
? Collaborate with internal Creative and Technology teams.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 3-4 years experience in online advertising, preferably in account management.
? 2+ years media buying at an online direct response company.
? Strong communication, negotiation, quantitative, business development and organizational skills .
? Extensive experience in CPM/CPC/CPA online marketing, campaign development and performance analysis.
? Should enjoy a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
? Self-starter with very strong analytic, project management, and communication skills.
? Expert Knowledge of MS Excel.
? Excellent math, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. There will be a math test!
? Undisputable general computer proficiency (Windows preferred). Shortcuts are a must!
? Demonstrated web savviness.
? Demonstrated ability to negotiate media buys and traffic campaigns with multiple publishers.
? Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to advertiser clients.
? Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
? A bachelor?s degree or higher with a strong academic record.
? Ability to both collaborate within a team yet be independently responsible for completion of assigned tasks.
