Microjobs sites for CPL affiliate marketing

Heyy guys!
Im a beginner to affiliate marketing so i was wondering if i can use microjobs sites (timebucks, picoworkers..) to get sign ups and generate leads.
Does that work? Is it legal?

IDK really. Look in the footer of the websites for an Affiliates (or possibly 'Partners' or 'Influencers') link.
Any platform has to be able to track and credit any referral that results in a CPA.
There are no real restrictions on paying an agent where a license is not required.
