Hi There. I have decided to use mobidea as my network. I am more interested in learning the game. Can anyone suggest what are great to start with and what traffic sources would allow such offers. and can you also mention what countries go well with such offers.

Okay, your question is really vague, plus what works for one person may not work for another.
Some members may offer you an opinion but the person you really want to talk to get the best converting offers, is your @Mobidea affiliate manager.
Each offer has specific types of traffic and geos that you can use for a campaign. You must read the terms of an offer to know where and how you can promote it. If you mention to your AM (affiliate manager) the type of traffic (don't need to name the vendor) you want to use, he or she should be able to help you there, too. Your AM will know what's running well with what type of traffic.
