Is it the same with content. If you got traffic then monitize it by locking or offering some cpa offers. Maybe, build a list first. Then blast them with your offers.

there are scripts that let you break google image frame and then the user actually have to go to your site. that will allow him to click on ads and navigate your site. apply those.
