Internet auction sites have exploited fans by allowing touts to re-sell event tickets at inflated prices, an MPs' report is expected to say. The BBC has learnt that the Culture, Media and Sport select committee will call for an industry code of conduct for reselling.
The MPs are also expected to call for the threat of action by the Office of Fair Trading if no code is agreed.
