Multiple domains CPA offer page and Bing

Hey, some of the CPA offers have the domains changing constantly. For example, if it's a pin submit offer, one time the domain is www.submitpin.now and the other time it's anything like www.pinsubnow.com or something like that but the entire content of the page is the same. Only the domain changes.

Now, I am planning to promote through Bing Ads. In Bing ads, I need put the Display URL, tracking template and final URL. And according to Bing, if the Display URL is www.example.com, the final URL would be www.example.com/affiliate-id or something like that. And whatever the display url is, it has to be the same in the offer page but as the domains keep on changing, its not possible. So, how do I do it properly?

Use you own landing pages then you will have to click out to the actual offer -- if you need a static url.
This landing page cannot redirect -- the the PPC referral has to click again <- this is very bad -- you will lose a lot of clicks that you paid for

I would discuss a static url with the offer owner

That, or find an offer with a static domain
