My campaigns in Google were performing well but after auto apply they spoiled, even I changed back everything but still no calls and no mails. and also the spend is higher and conversion is very less. can you please let me know what is the issue?

Are you Thai? Sawadee krap :D

I've only heard Thais use the word 'spoiled' in this context.

Sorry, I can't help you with that, just wanted to say hi. One idea I can throw out, though: You say they were performing well. How many conversions did you get? Maybe you just got lucky with few conversions, and now you're getting unlucky. Let the campaign run for longer to get more accurate data.

Also keep day and night cycles in your target geo in mind.

To give an example of these fluctuations, which just happened to me. I've had very little conversions, losing money for almost 4 hours straight on this campaign. And then I got 12 conversions in one hour, putting me back in the green at a very modest 19% ROI. This campaign usually has a 40% ROI so I expect it to end the day around there.

It's easy to get excited when you get many conversions at first, but then get anxious if the conversions suddenly stop. It's all normal and you have to let your campaigns run for a period of time to get a good average.

The same goes for split tests. Don't end a test too early based on few early conversions to one test or you might end up making your campaign worse.

Brother, thank you for replying here, how are you? well I am not Thai I am Indian. the campaigns running for 2 years since, and I had patience for 1 year to stable to campaigns.

I have 3 campaigns for same location and same category

1. maximum click with generic keywords
2. maximum conversion with generic keywords
3. maximum clicks with local area campaign with local area ad groups each ad-group having 2 keywords.

all running same time and now I have made timing different.

Now I ran 1 call ad too to get the calls, because in maximum conversion bidding the mail we got as enquiry or leads you can say are the people who are just looking for price, they are not actually service takers or they submit forms on multiple website and fade up of attending calls like our companies so most of the time they don't pick calls. that's why we focus on calls, because calls make our conversion better.

so that's the thing we need calls.

in these 2 years what i have faced are

1. in starting good landing page and maximum click bidding strategy were giving me good conversion (quality one) and calls too.
2. later these maximum clicks bidding campaign started giving less calls and conversion ( I have friend who run same category ads for clients and that are call ads who also complaining that google not giving calls year before there were too many calls.)
3. now we dependent on maximum conversion.
4. I have one more question why maximum click search ads has very less conversion? and these campaigns don't perform better.

Sorry, mate but I don't know anything about Adwords.

Generally speaking, it could be either seasonal or you have changed your ads and/or keywords to attract people who aren't good "service takers". Try creating an ad that conveys your offer as directly as possible to attract your ideal customers.

And never optimize based on CTR, optimize for conversions only!

Cheers!
