affeliate network : dr.cash
traffic source : ezmob
i will share with you guys the ad and the results and i want advices

each campaign have one creative im promoting weight lose product ,

i have 0 conversion right now should i leave the ad running or stop it , and when do i know that i should stop it?
what is the best way to advertise this type of offers?

Well if there was no bridge page of your own; and the push ads were a direct link to the offer; there is no way to guesstimate why ...
0=0

You just threw shit against the wall and of ~5,000 *clicks/referrals* your shit didn't stick.
Realistically, from what I have seen this year earlier myself, only ~25% are real people that are logged as an active session when using network DSP type ads. So 1200 'people' did not end in a sale maybe.
