Dear Affiliate Fix members,
Prash here. I am just starting my Affiliate Marketing journey. (Absolute beginner and non techie)
I am so grateful for having found this forum. I’ve spent last week just learning and learning and learning! Thanks to all of you for this reservoir of knowledge. I had no idea about the number of variables one has to consider before committing to Digital Marketing as a commercial activity.
Time to put my knowledge of theory into action.
I am planning to start by promoting a male sexual wellness product from Digistore. It is in the top 5 most popular items there.
I am planning to spend $1000 to see if this offer actually converts. Do you think this is too high for a testing amount? I would not want to lose it!
I plan to run ads on FB and Bing on a PPC basis. I will have 3 different ads each linking to a different LP. Is this too many ads spreading too thin for my budget?
According to the Affiliate Manager at the vendor’s, adult traffic also converts well but at this time, I wouldn’t know where to even begin. I have no idea on how to advertise on adult sites.
I will build 3 different landing pages … each with a different sales pitch.
I will be updating my results once I start implementing this campaign… I hope to begin next week.
Meanwhile, I have used the Facebook Ad Library to determine that there are a few active ads promoting the same offer and some of them have been running for over 2 months. This would imply that these ads are working. Hope I’m right about that.
If you have any kind of advice to offer, I am all ears and eternally grateful.
Thank you!
