Need help with an aggregation project

Hi guys,

I'm working on a new project which will aggregate and pull in news from other sites (specific niche) on one site. Like Digg.com.

I would like to automate most of this process. I've been looking at WordPress plugins and PHP scripts that can do this.

For (paid) WP plugins I'm considering:
FEEDZY RSS Feeds
WP RSS Aggregator

And for PHP scripts (found on CodeCanyon) I checked these:
InBefore
NewsPilot

I'm looking for help from people who created a similar website. Which CMS/plugin/script would you recommend?
