Need help with distributing product

Ok here's my problem. I'm selling my product using easyautopro.com and the whole thing works great except when I actually have to digitally deliver my product. Now this is how it works:

- my customers purchase from me
- they then register with website via link I've sent them
- they also get e-mailed a code generated by my autoresponder

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to make it so that when they register and go into their profile, they can enter the code somewhere which will then give themselves access to private forums.

AND I need some other method that will work, and an explaination how to do it, for creating a webpage that one could log into and the password will only be valid for 24 hours and the link to the product static so it couldn't be shared with others later. The page I have so far for the login is this one: http://www.clowtech.com/members.html? but it doesn't work properly as I'm not sure how to make the md5.js (javascript) work.

If this isn't possible then I'm open to suggestions for other ways to make it so customers can be added to the private forums list AND access the product for 24 hours. Any suggestions welcome!

The second item can be easily done with a cookie that has a 24 hour life. I would imagine that the first one can also be achieved with a cookie.

Yes Duke, at pnphpbb.com and if I can use a cgi script then I'm willing to try, just don't know anything about them.
