Networks are not going to allow misleading marketing tactics. I suggest you get on board with 2015! Great angles, great landers, and great targeting. This is the way it's done.

you could roll a redirect.. so for example upload your stuff... direct them to something different then when they approve just take out the redirect lmao

Yeah, it works, but the networks are on the hunt for this now as well as FB, and most other sites selling ad space. It isn't worth it when there are so many ways of doing it right and without trying to keep up with banned accounts.
