need to learn traffic arbitrage

I am trying to get into traffic arbitrage at the moment and reading stuff on it.
I know a lot of information is to do with clickbait ads and adsense and the like but I am going after more lower end market of CPM ads and redirects and the like.
I have in theory found a way of doing it but need to test stuff and get it fully working
What are the best sources out there to learn this stuff, or is there any expert here on the subject

Stupid sites with lists of things, people or places buying native ads "10 best or 10 worst _____" usually are doing some sort of ad/CPA arbitrage.
