The Bid Automation is for setting bids automatically to subid by CPA target - it has nothing todo with the actual targeting of the ad.
The targeting us done under the OS/Browser menu where you can choose OS and Browser - but at this time not a browser version (although we filter out all old browser by default so you will not see any very old OS and Browsers).

well that depends on what very old means. Windows 6.x is very old in my book as an example (unsupported -- end of life).
