Hi gohardtv,

Just wanted to let you know, it's impossible to find a GOOD experienced affiliate manager that will work on straight commission. Anyone with true experience knows how much front end work is involved before and money starts to roll in.

Most of the qualified affiliate managers I know charge in the $3,000 - $5,000 a month range.

Good luck on your search and I hope you find someone, just wanted to let you know the industry, since it sounds like you are new to affiliate marketing.

Nice to meet you

I have been building and marketing websites since 1995 inthe days of Geocities and yahoo when they were just a text one color search engine and I am still here in 2010 so I am not that new to this internet or affiliate business lol ;-)

Everything is neg. for the right person but what i have found in my personal experience are the ones who know themselves in this business or any sales orientated business and see a real future know that even $5,000 per month is pocket money and not a real monthly income to what can really be archieved once all is set up.

I am very confident in finding the right person for this position.
