Hello my name is Anthony and I am a soon-to-be graduating college student. I am getting my degree in Entrepreneurship and I hope to have my business up and running by the time I graduate (december!). I have designed an energy supplement consisting of b-vitamins, electrolytes and amino acids. I have had several professional athletes use the product with great results.
I am totally new to affiliate marketing, although I believe that this is the path I would like to take. I look forward to discussions with you guys as I will be in need of lots of coaching! I will be needing to find affiliates and be able to effectively provide them with the tools they need.

I have read the rules of the forum and I'm not sure If I should go into detail about my website and affiliate program here, I will browse around and post again.

Any guidance, direction, advice, mentoring etc. would be greatly appreciated! Like I said, I am totally new to this world and I am looking forward to working with you.

We're happy to help you learn the merchant side of affiliate marketing. You can't talk specifically about your site or affiliate program in any of our regular discussion forums.

After your site is finished and your affiliate program is tested and ready you can post an ad for it in the affiliate program announcement section.

You can also ask general questions about starting an affiliate program in the merchant/affiliate manager section of the forum. Read some of the stickies there for some good tips and we're happy to answer any questions you may have.

While I'm not new to affiliate marketing, I am new to having affiliates of my own, so I'm learning too. As I make progress in that regard, I'll try to post about the things I learn and experience.

Oh thanks for that Laura, I forgot to answer the trackback Q, didn't I?

As far as the trackback spot here on the forum. That's mainly for me because I link to and quote from a lot of industry blogs and when I do I send them a trackback to let them know. So no, it's not a place to put your own site or blog.
