Newbie doubt about Lps

Hey All

If I find a offer that has a beautiful landing page from the network, is that ok to rip that Lp and use it as my LP to redirect to the actual offer ??

I suppose that if the network is using that lander. it should be an winner. Isn't it

actually it's not legal in general to copy From any website .
to avoid any Problems Contact your affiliate manager , and see what is he going to tell you .

So all those landing page that I see on the spy tools are being linked directly ???
Because for an offer that I'm researching, all the publisher are using the same LP from my Ad network...
My biggest doubt is the necessity of mine LP, which will add a extra step on the funnel.
For example of the offer I'm looking at ( Win an Iphone 7) the funnel would be: My LP with CTA > Network LP to Select the Color > Details Submit.

On the spy tools I only can see the Network LP to select Color...So no one is using a pre-lander.
Does it make sense?
