I came across this nicely (cocky) written seo meta -description!

Reading this made me click on it ! I am sure he has a high CTR!

Don't take this at face value but I think he dabbles in BH, or it's another site with a very similar domain to his.

Again, I can't remember if it is him, I always get the two mixed up.

Much agreed, Uniqueness is good, providing that people use those search terms and that you can get some good traffic using that description.
