Noobie First Post with Question

Hi Fixers

Exited to join the community and get help from all of you. I have been learning cpa marketing for a couple months now and finally decided to take action. I plan on focusing on mobile cpa for now. This noob just got accepted by MaxBounty & Peerfly. So my MaxBounty AM gave me a mobile game download app that allows direct link Bing search, with a daily cap of 20 downloads. I am using Voluum for tracking. My questions are below:

1. Do I create a campaign both in Voluum and Bing ads ?
2. Does anyone know how to properly format the Tracking Template from Bing ads to allow Voluum tracking, like shown below:
