Seeking Help OnlyFans with AI generated nude images?

I was hoping we would hear from Dr. Cash about this. I think he mentioned it a few times.

I am looking at other niches with this for images and doing some testing this week with DALL_E_2.

Is OnlyFans working for CPA?

They do some CGI cams at Chaturbate now --but they are identified as such.

What AI text to image programs do porn? None that I know of.

BTW, all the porn content laws apply to cartoons so they would apply to the creator of any unlawful AI images too. Sort of tricky --walk the line ...

it has to be happening behind the NSFW curtain ...

A small contingent of the adult industry has always had its hands in the lower integrity side of things to cater to some. This morning's news spoke to this with a report of some in the adult industry that were caught using AI for modifying innocent images of children and turning them into child porn. SICK F**KS!

As we speak, some developer out there, is training a corpus of "Dirty Data."
There is just so much money in porn --it has to be happening behind the NSFW curtain ...

Some people are evil in the pursuit of money. It's criminal to create such images.

Circling back to AI content for OnlyFans. I've found a person who offers such a service for:
  • $40 - to train the AI
  • $2 per generated image
He shared a Mega folder, and the images are quite OK. Thinking of giving it a try.

Technicallly, could some wavier apply? Not sure ...

I think maybe this AI stuff could lead to the advent of some form of digital credential for many. Maybe even a key like many of us in credentialed and secured positions and environments used to use. I had to carry a different "fob" for each of the banks I was developing software for years ago.

That is criminal --not the legit adult industry.
Images --even if not of 'real' minors that are sexually explicit was established as a crime a long time ago.

Most web- or Discord-based generators indeed filter adult content. At the same time, there are algorithms that purposefully do nothing but porn, and AI available for download, local training and use, such as Stable Diffusion on GitHub, has absolutely no restrictions this way.

so far I know, there are some prompts that allow to avoid the "no-porn" rules...

The next problem is the §2257 documentation for AI created images of people that do not exist?
OnlyFans will require that ...

How can you prove they are at least 18-years-of-age when they are not real people; but look real ; not anime etc.

There is much money in porno, but I think the industry needs to be more innovative, which it used to be (Porno gave the go-ahead to e-commerce and not the other way around). I am happy to see VR videos in place and I am excited to see what AI Content can reach.

It's an interesting avenue to explore, but with how strict KYC has become on fan platforms, the question of original source material will eventually have to come into play. The AI has to learn from somewhere and then the question arises, did the person or people the learning material was based on, consent?

AI models would probably have an easier time on smaller platforms with less eyes on them, since there will be less pressure to be compliant. I feel it'll eventually go the way of anime models - if it's clearly indicated that it's not a real person, it should be treated as such.

"The Right of Publicity or Personality Rights is an independent right to protect the commercial interest of a celebrity’s identity. The entire idea of the Right of Publicity or Personality Rights works on the theory that a celebrity has an interest in the unauthorized exploitation of his identity ..."

It's a can of worms and the recent SCOTUS ruling cite use for a commercial purpose.
"In other words, a mark tells the public who is responsible for a product.
In serving that function, trademarks benefit consumers and producers alike."

Could the same apply to the right of publicity (of a person)? I thisk the courts will lean this way with AI 'posers' or imitators trained on real images that are used for commercial gain and not in parody of real people --with the exception of political personalities.

T-dancing.png

Definately parody and hulimiation of unprotected public political officers :D

I know there are some pretty big twitter accounts with the "user" being an ai generated female and they have many followers/fans not sure if they are doing only fans with that account but are making good money somewhere from it

Live Cams complements Pay-Site Porn --or competes with it --strange alliance ...
Tube Sites really ruined a lot of Pay-Site Porn. First by copyright theft.
Then by using the ill-begotten video to sell ads for live cams and dating sites.
A lot of history there.

Search engine (SEM) ads, and their success, siphoning off of websites for 'free traffic' was the conceptual plan.

The internet is just a big pirate ship that no government navy can beat --just whack a few off and watch others rise.

The originator of any explicit image (at least in the US) has to follow the Ch.18 U.S.C. §2257 Law
Answer: Onlyfans can't, even though they are in the UK, VISA and MC, US nexus, will stop processing for them and revoke the MID's they use. KYC has nothing to do with this KYC has to do with AML compliance.

AI would produce human appearing images and unless they are tattooed *I'm AI* they would be indistinguishable from real --that is the point here --"synthetic models"

Anime is obvious --a cartoon like image and not depicting a real person. As long as they are not depicting anime child porn (gray area) they are lawful images.
