Optimizing classified ads portal - advice wanted

Hallo everybody,
I am new here and new to SEO for UK (I am well expierienced in polish SEO), so need your advice. If you see smth I am doing wrong or any language mistake, please let me know. As you can see i am not native speaker (wish i was).
My portal adress is www.uk.adslog.com

So my questions are:
- how to get geotargeted links from UK? (Link exchange?, Xrummer?)
- do you see any language mistakes in categories names or meta tags?
- what can be done better?

I will be thankful for any ideas and help.
