PageRank Update Notification Services

I used to run a PR update notification services at google-dance.co.uk , I am now merging that services into this forums. Not that SEO need the services, most SEO consultants can smell PageRank update before it happens, the service is for non SEO consultants but of course SEO consultants are welcomed too.
