Partner Commerce for B2B Affiliate Management?

Hello!

Does anyone have experience with any B2B Affiliate management networks? I've been talking to Partner Commerce, and they seem pretty legit, but I'd love to hear any other ideas or feedback.

Their offer: $2000 sign-up, 25% fee - $500/month minimum.

I don't know of any B2B networks and I have looked.

I knew someone who worked at PC for awhile, but don't really know anything about them besides that. Based on a quick peek at their site, looks like it could be a fit.
