Contractor calls generated from cl who buys thoses? Or do i have to contact local contractors? Or the big lead providers?

What sort of leads?
I was thinking about getting back into mortgage lending -- setting up finders fee deals with banks and alternative (hard money RE lenders) in the USA.
Anyway heres a bump for you.
You say contractors -- like building contractors? I was a MI State Licensed Builder for 13 years -- I know the business end of things
Worked with the trades, insurance companies, state and federal contracts and well as mostly higher end residential, etc.
