ACH or SEPA (US or Europe Area) that is the only safe way or bank wire for larger amounts.
We saw millions disappear with the failure of epassporte. Both Payoneer and Paxum are on shaky ground.
Let me ask you this: If an affiliate program or network uses one of the many alternative web middlemen for payments -- are you, as an affiliate, willing to absorb the loss if the middleman defaults or fails?
There are going to be changes in the coming years, radical changes, in fintech using hyperledger for money transfer globally. Until then, international money transfer is going to continue to be a risky ad-hoc solution.

We use Paxum as an additional payment method to our clients
We use 2Checkout payment gateway.
Now they have an improved Cpanel and affiliate programme implementation opportunity. Though it doesn't work for digital projects.
