I bought a product online, CPA Profit Machine (ebook), sometime in May of this year using PayPal. It came with a 30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. As is the case, I discovered that the product wasn't good and was just filled with information on how to use a particular ad network (Admaven). Some of the info was even lifted off of an existing material. So I asked the seller for a refund which he refused. This was before the 30 day money back guarantee expired. I escalated this to PayPal, but PayPal sadly sided with the seller. I would like to ask if this practice of misleading claims being tolerated by PayPal?
