I've heard of a mythical rumor that you can find traffic sources where you pay on a performance basis - meaning you only pay for the traffic after it converts for you.

It sounds way too good to be true, but even some well-known super affiliates swear these sources exist.

Maybe facebook? i think you can optimize for CPA.

Charles Ngo has mentioned it. I've heard about it from others in the past, but I can't think of their names at the moment.

Facebook doesn't offer that kind of deal, at least that I know of. You pay them whether or not the traffic converts for you. You can optimize for CPA, but you still pay even it the traffic doesn't convert.

I saw something on Propellerads, they have option to create cpa campaign.
I have not tried it personally.
