Permission problems being resolved

VBulletin upgrade was completed yesterday but we are having permission problems, manu users are not able to access the forum, I hope we can resolve this problem today.

that was pretty lame. in the future maybe we should be aware of big changes like this, so when something happens we don't think the world came to and end.

Well judging by the looks of things one could only assume the board software was being changed.
