php nuke alternative

I'm looking for an alternative to php Nuke that has all the power of nuke, but can run 'invisibly'. By this I mean that I want to be able to intigrate login names, comments and personal file upload areas (limited to .doc or .pdf) into a website withought it looking like (even a highly modded version of) php Nuke... Any ideas?
