im looking to do some work with php, so I can start adding it into my flash work. Currently my site host does not support php, and am still waiting on them. Does anyone know of a free site host that I can practice php work on? thanks,

foreign stuff.. i can't help you with that.. i have php on my server.. so i don't have to count on free servers :wink:

Why don't you just use a local server? If you're a Linux user, you most probably already have it installed, and if you're a Windows user, there's hope for you too : http://sourceforge.net/projects/phptriad

I use phptriad on my machine. It installs apache, mysql and php all in one go. It was relatively simple to install. Once you're done you put all your php files in the one folder and see what they look like by going to http://localhost.

My host does not support mySQL, php, or most anything for that matter. Iv tried it before, and got it to work within my LAN area (got 4 comps on my familys network). But I cant send it out to the net...
