@ Kevin, I'm going to go out on a limb here.

CTR could mean a lot of different things as you have not given any details about what exactly your question is.

There's 3 CTR's I worry about.

My CTR from SERPS
My CTR for Adsense
My CTR for Affiliate offers

And they all mean something completely different.
