There are article spinners, but you should learn to transpose articles yourself. In the end, when you learn to transpose articles yourself, it will get done quicker and better. If you don't want to learn how, then outsource it.

I have rewritten many articles. I read first paragraph and understand the main purpose of it and start rewriting with some of synonyms i have in my mind or with the help of ms word 2013. You can also replace the sentences it will make unique if you are smart enough. But, you will need to train yourself in it if you are completely newbie.
