PopAds Landing Question

Hi,
I am running a campaing on PopAds with a Landing, I got around 4000 impression I got very few clics just 18 this is like 0,5%.
How many impression is enought to say a LP is Bad and I have to test another one?
The load speed of the page is around 0.9 segs

The vertical is email submit, the offer is for Amazon Gift Cards.
And I use only desktop traffic, perhaps it was a mistake? I thought it would be easy to convert a email submit offer in desktop.

Hi Javier Ap , why don't you test both desktop and mobile? you will have more better view to know how to move don't you think so?
