I found an offer which converts really good for German + Adult + iOS traffic.
I earn an average of $1 CPM with it, but my current traffic source popads.net also costs me $1 CPM so I can't scale it and just break even. If I narrow down my targeting the inventory is too small. Any ideas how to proceed?
Are there any PPV networks that charge less than $1 for German adult ios traffic?
