PR update in the UK last??

Hi

Is it webmasters in the UK who see the PR update last or are there other countries which see it after the UK?

For some reason, the UK see every thing last?

Don`t know the answer to that one. I know that in the recent updates I saw reports of changes being made, but it was only later that I noticed any adjustments.

May be you are right, but I did not follow the PR update from the begin, so am not sure if it is UK...
