I am selling Emporium Directory, along with Emporium Blog that comes with the site. Currently the site is PR4 and with solid promotion, its standing can improve further. Revenue from the directory comes from directory submissions (around $60 - $100 a month) and sitewides on the directory are contracted until they expire in March next year.
