Hello everyone.
I want to share my journey with adult CPA campaigns and what issues I'm facing now.
After 2 years of break from any online business, I started working in Jan 2021 (tried a few campaigns in between but wasn't consistent with them).
I had promoted some cpa offers in past as well but never made a profit, and only DOI offers used to convert for me, not SOI. I also researched about it and found many people saying that most of the networks shave 50%-80% of SOI leads.
So I decided to go with DOI dating offers.
After 2 months of testing different creatives and LPs, Here are the results for Jan and Feb. (Traffic source: Display banners on two big porn sites)
JAN:
CLICKS: 1,740
CONVERSION RATE: 1.49%
CONVERSIONS: 26
PAYOUT: 130.75 EUR ($157.89)
EPC: 0.075 EUR
AD SPEND: $143
PROFIT: $14.89
FEB:
OFFER CLICKS: 2,733
CR: 2.74%
CONVERSIONS: 75
PAYOUT: 593 EUR ($716)
EPC: 0.216 EUR
AD SPEND: $446
PROFIT: $270
After the testing phase, I finally got some funnels that are converting well for me every time. Now the main problem is the offers.
In February I figured out that offers whose confirmation emails are going to Spam folder are very less converting, and emails going to Primary folders are converting too good (4% - 8% CR). And offers whose emails are going to the Promotions tab are converting around 1% - 2%. (I think most of the people use Gmail only.)
Now at this point, I can make profit as long as I have a good-paying DOI dating offer that doesn't deliver their confirmation email to Spam or Promotions.
Most of the offers that networks have are already flagged, and some that don't, they start going to Spam after a few days of promoting them.
Now I'm confused, other offers don't have such high payouts and my traffic source is kinda expensive. I'm tired of finding new offers for the same geo every 3-4 days, I got into many CPA networks.
I want to promote my campaigns on bigger traffic networks, and I know they can give very good ROI, but their drop in CR because of the email issue is giving me headaches.
Is there any way to solve this?
Can you guys suggest me alternate offers? (UK/DE/IT)
Any other suggestions?
