Promote internal pages

How to promote those internal pages so that they are cached very soon and get page ranks..

-one way is submitting articles for those internal links pages.
-other is submission in directories accepting deep links.
-create the site map with new added links
-submit the site map in google again with new added links



can any one suggest other sources...

There is quite a good method here on the forums ( it was used alreay ) , but it only works if you are a directory owner. It was shown to be by Temi so I will leave the honour of introducing the method to him

The idea came from this post and I have developed the idea in this post

I think you can develop the method even further to get deep link in forums.

I think forum posting is best way to increase traffic and advertise more in different forums buddy ,then you will increase your page rank.
