You're asking an extremely broad question. If you mean where do you promote it here in the forums, you don't. AffiliateFix is a learning and teaching platform with resources and access to various affiliate platforms, advertising and tools.
If it's a matter of which advertisers and email marketing companies accept adult content, there are plenty of those in Resources.
