Hey everyone!
I need your oppinion: What do you think is better for Hotels advertisers, to place their ads on travel aggregators ( meta search) or to work with affiliate networks?

Big hotel chains often work with aggregators of booking offers, paying more than they could spend on their own marketing as an advertiser in the affiliate network. In case of working with the partner network, marketing costs will be several times lower because the hotel do not pay commissions. Over time, the desire of customers to book hotels through aggregators will decline, as when working with the hotel the quality of communication and guarantees are the same, but prices often are cheaper.

In this regard, metasearch websites, from the one hand, act as monopolists covering macro-regions and setting rules in travel segment internationally. On the other hand, due to huge scale of business and less focus on specific regional markets they can miss some growth opportunities.

For example, in June 2018 FIFA World Cup will take place in Russia and right now is a high time to take strategic steps if you have a goal to expand your business to Russia. Currently this niche of traveling in Russian CPA market has a lot of potential for European businesses. Some of key travel players are already moving in this direction. Not a long time ago a popular kayak.com has opened its new version in Russian. In this regard, admitad can offer high quality expertise in CPA with one of the best knowledge of this regional market.

So, What do you think is better for Hotels advertisers, to place their ads on travel aggregators ( meta search) or to work with affiliate networks?
