Update - 08/28/2016
Virtualmin-Nginx setup is now compatible with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Meaning we get to enjoy PHP 7. This comes as a major performance improvement. I've already upgraded my server and the page load time came down from 5.979 seconds to 2.35 seconds

All three are good options. But Vultr and DigitalOcean are cheaper than AWS.
